My computer died so, I bought a new one but, I needed files from old one. Wanted to stay local so I did quick google search and found Scott. Called late on a Wednesday afternoon then met him at his office the following Saturday. I was raised in the time when a firm handshake and your word meant something, I truly believe this young man fits that bill! Very upfront, professional and knowledgeable! Scott explained everything he was doing and showed me what do when I got back home. Less than an hour later I was leaving his office extremely satisfied. Very acceptable price to boot! It's nice to know I have a very qualified person I can call if and when I need help! Highly recommend!

Recently had to go here to get my computer fixed due to my own error. They worked diligently to fix what had broken on my computer. They showed me what was wrong and how in the future I could prevent a similar situation as well as offering advice on technical components. If I have a issue I would come back here again.

Scotty was a life saver, my laptop would not turn on, push the power button and nothing. was totally freaking out. Did a google search on my phone for local PC repair and Scotty's site was one of the top ones listed. Checked his reviews, looked good, gave Scotty a call, so glad I did. Warranty had expired a couple of days ago (go figure). Took my laptop in, he had me up and running in 15 min. Very nice guy, former military (my favorite kind), professional to the bone, kept me informed of every step in the process and explained things in a way that I could understand. Friday evening, my laptop crashed and somehow erased a file that could not be replaced. When I called at 530, he did not hesitate and immediately started a remote session to help me retrieve it. As a small business owner, I know how valuable time is, and he didn't even question giving me his. I ended up finding a backup I had forgotten about. But, he was fully prepared to meet me at 7 in the evening to help me with my heart crushing problem. Highly recommend calling Scott first for any of your PC needs.
